-Retraction pockets & cholesteatoma.
-The role of the endoscope in mastoid obliteration surgery for cholesteatoma.
-Adoption of the endoscope in my practice.
-Advanced procedures: middle ear tumors, natural corridors & combined endoscopic-microscopic approaches (cholesteatoma, cochlear implants, tumors).

-Extended tympanomeatal flap.
-Over-under grafts.
-Stapes surgery.
-Ossicular reconstruction (TORP, PORP, incus interposition).

-Geniculate ganglion and facial nerve decompression, transcochlear access to IAC, two-handed surgery.
